How do I know my belongings will be protected?
How do I know my belongings will be protected?
Each Moving Blocks moving container is designed with protection and
security in mind. Through the patented leak-resistant, industrial-strength lid,
your belongings won't be damaged by weather, dirt, or excess weight on
top. And using plastic straps or locks, you can also lock each container.

No, Moving Blocks does not service outside the Vancouver Lower Mainland at this time.

How much does the service cost?
How much does the service cost?
Rentals are by the day and vary in price depending on the item you are renting. Prices range from
$2.50 a week for the regular size moving container to $3.00
a week for the large containers. To view a complete product offering, click

Is there a delivery charge?
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, we do charge for delivery based on three zones in the Vancouver
Lower Mainland. Please view the Delivery & Pickup Zone Map for delivery pricing to your location.
The pricing includes both delivery and pickup of the rental equipment
and is priced by Moving Blocks to cover ONLY the costs associated with the
transportation and labor involved in delivering the service. Although we
could build the delivery cost into the price of the rental, we have decided
that a customer down town shouldn't pay the same price for someone who lives far away.
The delivery charge is automatically calculated
based on the pickup and delivery locations you enter in the online ordering system.

Yes, the minimum order is 10 containers.
The minimum rental period is one week.

Can I pick up and drop off the containers myself?
Yes, we do provide a way for you to pick up and drop off rental containers and dollies.
Since our warehouses are not manned, you will have to phone us
to schedule a self pick-up date and time. Please phone

Is there a rental deposit?
Is there a rental deposit?
We only take a rental deposit if you are
paying by cheque. If you are paying with a credit card, we do
not take a rental deposit. However any rental equipment that is not returned or that is damaged during
your rental will be charged to your credit card automatically. For more details, please
review section 11. of the
Moving Blocks Rental Agreement.

Moving Blocks accepts Visa, Mastercard
and cash. We will also take a personally check
but will still require a credit card for a security deposit. We do not accept cash for the safety of our delivery
drivers.

What happens if I damage or lose the rental equipment?
What happens if I damage or lose the rental equipment?
Your credit card security deposit
will be charged with the repairs or replacement for any rental equipment that
is damaged or lost during your rental. The replacement costs are as
follows:
Regular Container $25 each
(plus tax)
Regular Dolly
$90 each (plus tax)
Large Container
$35 each (plus tax)
Large Dolly
$90 each (plus tax)
Wardrobe Container $45 each (plus tax)
Flat Furniture Dolly $90 each

Repair costs to damaged containers may vary and
will be determined by our repair centre. For more details, please review

What if I need to extend my rental term
What if I need to extend my rental term?
If you need to extend your rental term, just give us a call at 1-866-MBLOCKS or email us at
at least 24 hours before the original scheduled pick-up time and we can make the appropriate adjustments. Just
leave us your name, number and your invoice number in the email. The
additional rental period will be charged to you when we pick-up the rental.

Every moving container your receive will be completely empty, clean, and undamaged ready for packing. All dollies will be functional and undamaged.

disclosure of personal information, and we have implemented a
corporate Privacy Policy in order to do so. Our Privacy Policy

identifiable individual and does not include information about

information we may ask you for, and personal information that we
